RizzoGroup was selected by Google to legalize existing conditions throughout the approximately 2,000,000sf structure, as well as continue to build out new code compliant spaces. The existing building is a combination of over 10 different structures/buildings. Some structures have C/O’s, and some do not as they preexist the C/O requirement. In addition, many structures have different construction classifications.
